This site is dedicated to helping
people in the vital ministry of encouragement
. We all
need encouragement. Numerous studies show that pastors (clergy,
priests, ministers, etc.) are especially susceptible to
"burn out" and a host of other problems. If
congregations are going to thrive and reach their full redemptive
potential it's imperative that believers excel in the
ministry of encouragement. I'm convinced that an effective
ministry of encouraging pastors will have the effect of creating
healing communities that will be effective in authentic Kingdom
ministry.
My prayer is that this
site will be a creative resource and a catalyst for the "building up" of
Church Pastors. Your ability to give or
withhold encouragement is very powerful, creating ripples that effect many
lives.
