Why was this web site created?

Research shows that there are too many Pastor's discouraged in their ministry. It shouldn't be that way. Pastors need encouragement in order to be effective in the ministry that God has called them to.

This web site is dedicated to building up these servants of God. My prayer is that this site would be a source of practical, creative, ideas that church members can use to build up and strengthen Pastors and their families. I truly believe that an effective ministry of encouragement is of central importance to the vitality of any church fellowship. As well as bolstering the drive and vitality of the Pastor, success in this area creates a "culture of encouragement" that spills over into all aspects of congregational life .

My name is Drew Hewlett and I live on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I've been a church Pastor for over 20 years and I've seen too many Pastors experiencing serious discouragement.
